Ristorante Vignale
Located inside Relais Vignale, the restaurant offers a splendid panorama from it’s wisteria terrace and offers guests the opportunity to taste the true flavours of the Chianti. In the kitchen, the chef, reinterprets traditional Tuscan recipes, creating an array of evocative flavours, striving to keep in line with the season specialities.

Osteria Le Braci
Located in the grounds of Catello San Donato Estate, Osteria Le Braci wants to offer Tuscan cooking by way of a simple menu with the chef cooking steaks on the open grill in full view of the diners. Guests have the possibility to choose their steak and have it grilled to order. There is a wide selction of typical and local products on offer such as salami’s. Hams and cheeses as well as the products of the Castello. The ample terrace offers fabulous views over the estate and the surroundings.
The estate’s products which include Chianti Classico Wine, Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, jams and marmelades, may all be tasted and purchased from the Osteria Le Braci.

Enoteca
The wine-store offers a careful selection of the best Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, “Super Tuscans” and white wines.
Produced by famous Italian wineries, the most recommended labels are available for sale, and the guest has the opportunity to taste the “Fattoria Vignale” products: wines, extra virgin Olive Oil d.o.p., the Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, a series of eau-de-vie included the Chianti Classico Grappa.
The wine-shop is open every day.
